THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Business Development Representative Professional to join our team. As a Canvast Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and working closely with the sales team to onboard new business opportunities. You will be joining a team of founders and employees who believe in the magic of this plant, coming from extensive backgrounds in cannabis and agriculture. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services
  • Generate and optimize call lists in targeted markets
  • Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices
  • Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives
  • Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales and communicating trends to sales team
  • Work with sales team on managing pipeline across multiple territories
  • Represent Canvast through effective communication on our core values and product offering

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have an appreciation for cannabis and the support it provides people/planet.
  • Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment
  • Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”, communicate and motivate customers on the company’s products, programs and new ideas
  • Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office. Active Campaign a plus but not necessary.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills

 

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: Starting @ $15/hr with room to grow in organization.

SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri / 8 hour shifts

WORK LOCATION: East Nashville Headquarters

Customer Service Representative

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Canvast Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for interfacing with our customers in both in-person, phone and e-mail interactions. Developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Our customers are our heroes and we strive to provide superior service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ​Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers in person and digitally.
  • Manage multiple service platforms with customer interactions
  • Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.
  • Serving as the cashier for any in-store walk-ins or online order pickups.
  • Referring any customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate person if not able to answer questions, maintaining all follow up.
  • Supporting team members on high volume days with high volume order fulfilment
  • Resolving customer problems, such as shipping or invoicing problems, etc.
  • Informing customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer; printing shipment documents; recording or filing copy of order received
  • Following-up on all online orders to ensure safe delivery and satisfaction - provide space for customers to ask questions on the products.
  • Assisting team members on special projects and occasional event production.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have an appreciation for cannabis and the support it provides people/planet.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience with the general public (customers) a plus.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and keep all support tickets up to date.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence
