Customer Success Representative

Overview

We are actively seeking an industry-experience customer service representative to project a quality image to Canvast's B2B and D2C customers through professional, reliable, efficient and consistent service. They will act as a conduit between the company and the customer, assisting the customer in solving problems related to customer satisfaction. 

 

Job Responsibilities

- Screen and prioritize all inbound phone calls on the Canvast mainline.

- Manage the designated customer support email inbox and evaluate for potential support tickets.

- Manage all account engagement on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc)

- Assist in social media content procurement and caption development.

- Screen and prioritize all inbound online customer web chats.

- Create customer support tickets as needed and collaborate with the Fulfillment manager on solutions.

- Manage all new and existing customer support tickets for B2B and D2C sales channels.

- Greet clients, visitors, and guests as they visit our showroom; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and support their needs/connect with the appropriate person.

- Keep track of all order pick-ups in Shopify.

- Occasional local order or USPS order drop-offs.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Represent the company and its products with high character, integrity, and professionalism.

- Maintain a positive working partnership with the Account Manager and operations team.

- Relay customer feedback to internal departments for continuous improvement.

- Occasional order fulfillment support

- Event production coordination with Marketing team/day-of logistics

 

Desired Traits

- General understanding and passion for Cannabis

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service

- 2+ years of customer support experience

- Must be outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with customers both in-person and virtually

- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus

- Consumer Good Experience preferred

- Cannabis industry experience

- Proficient in technology systems

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Excellent customer relations skills

- Extremely organized

- The ability to embrace change and adapt

Overview

The Account Manager is a strongly motivated sales professional that works closely with distributing partners to hunt and farm accounts. This person needs to be a true road warrior based within the territory that has experience launching a cannabis brand and lives for the thrill of knocking down doors and increasing market share. You will be representing one of the best selling brands on the market during an exciting time of product and company expansion.

 

Job Requirements

- Reach out to prospective accounts.

- Maintain current accounts and increase volume.

- Keep menus up to date and distribute to clients.

- Track KPIs and incorporate reports into sales strategy.

- Regular meetings with the team and higher ups to discuss activity.

- Support clients with inventory and related assets including discount pricing plans.

- Invite every encounter as an opportunity to promote the brand mission and serve as a solution provider to partners.

- Juggle conflicting priorities and tasks using strong time management skills.

- Be a supportive leader to encourage a collaborative environment across teams.

- Offer a customer oriented approach rooted in passion for benefitting peoples' lives through cannabis.

Pay range: $40000 to $150000 per year

- 2+ years of outside sales experience.

- Bachelor's degree.

- Ability to take a data driven approach to sales in order to boost quantity and quality.

- Ability to learn new responsibilities and grow into a larger management role.
