What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms
Contact form submissions are kept for up to one week for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes or share them with outside parties.

We use a Shopify platform that, by default, does not share any personal data with anyone. We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Shipping

We are currently unable to ship to the following states: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Texas.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, your subscription must be canceled before the next renewal or billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel or modify that order.
Canceling your subscription will stop all future recurring charges and shipments. Your cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription through the subscription portal. If you have trouble accessing or canceling your subscription, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Refunds
Payments for subscription orders that have already been processed are generally non-refundable without a return. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review it.

Managing Your Subscription

Where available, you may also update your subscription preferences, including your product selection, quantity, frequency, shipping information, or next order date through your account.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our subscription program or these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future subscription orders and will not affect orders that have already been processed.

  3. Edit Subscription:Click on the “Edit” button next to the subscription you want to modify.
  4. Make Changes:Change Delivery Schedule: Adjust the frequency and next delivery date.Update Payment Method: Modify your payment details.Change Product Quantity: Increase or decrease the number of items.Swap Products: Switch to a different product if desired.Cancel Subscription: If you need to cancel, click on the “Cancel Subscription” button and follow the prompts.
  5. Save Changes:Once you have made the desired changes, click “Save” to update your subscription.

Yes, in your subscription dashboard, click on “Skip Next Delivery” to skip a delivery without canceling your subscription.

Navigate to the “Manage Subscriptions” page, click on “Edit” next to the subscription, and update your shipping address in the designated section.

Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
