Lost or Stolen Packages
Canvast Supply Co. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You will have to go through USPS for any lost or stolen package claims. To contact USPS to report a claim, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Here at Canvast, we stand by our product. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Canvast product, let us know via email - wecare@canvastsupplyco.com. If you are within the first 30 days of your first purchase, we will honor a full refund of the product or exchange it for a different product to try. 

We will ask for any returned products to be sent to the following address. Please send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking. Canvast is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return. Once your item has shipped, please email wecare@canvastsupplyco.com the tracking number for your returned product with your name and order number so we can process your refund promptly.
