Due to each state's policy being different on the stance of Delta-8, we are not able to ship to certain states. We stay up to date on each states policy and cannabinoid regulation and update it accordingly in our shipping settings. Should you not be able to ship to your state, please reach out to us either in the chat below or at email@example.com and we will let you know if we are unable to ship to that state at that particular time.
PACT Compliant Shipping
When purchasing Delta-8 vapes online, you will need to comply with the PACT Act, in which shipping will only be available with USPS and will require the presentation of a signature upon receiving, otherwise you will not be able to receive your package. Lost or Stolen Packages
Canvast Supply Co. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will have to go through USPS for any lost or stolen package claims. To contact USPS to report a claim, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Here at Canvast, we stand by our product. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Canvast product, let us know via email, text, live chat, or phone call 615-219-9141. If you are within the first 30 days of your first purchase, we will honor a full refund of the product or exchange it for a different product to try.
We will ask for any returned products to be sent to the following address. Please send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Canvast is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return. Once your item has shipped, please email email@example.com the tracking number for your returned product with your name and order number so we can process your refund promptly.
