Refund policy

 

Here at Canvast, we stand by our product. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Canvast product, let us know via email, text, live chat, or phone call 615-219-9141. If you are within the first 30 days of your first purchase, we will honor a full refund of the product or exchange it for a different product to try. 

We will ask for any returned products to be sent to the following address. Please send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Canvast is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return. Once your item has shipped, please email wecare@canvastsupplyco.com the tracking number for your returned product with your name and order number so we can process your refund promptly.
